By accessing or using Adori App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain
from using the app.
2. User Accounts
- You must create an account to use certain features of Adori App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details
not sharing your sign-in OTP with anyone.
- Adori App reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts at its
discretion
if misuse or unauthorized activity is detected.
3. Use of the App
- The app is intended for personal use only.
- Users must be 14 years or older, or use the app under the supervision of a parent
or guardian.
- Unauthorized commercial use of the app is prohibited.
4. Ordering and Payments
- All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
- Prices displayed on Adori App are final unless stated otherwise.
- Payments must be made through the available payment options in the app.
- Once an order is placed, it can be caceled before it is confirmed, it cannot be
canceled or modified after the order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
- Delivery services are offered across Qatar.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
6. Custom Cake Designs
- Adori App offers a tool to design custom cakes. Final designs may vary slightly due
to technical or material limitations.
7. Refunds and Returns
- Refunds are only available for orders that do not meet quality standards or are
incorrect due to errors on our side.
- Claims for refunds or issues must be made within 6 hours of delivery.
- Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Adori App.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on Adori App, including designs, logos, and text, is the property of
Adori App or its licensors.
- Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any content without prior
written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Adori App is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use or inability to use the app.
- While we strive to ensure accurate information, errors may occur, and we reserve
the right to correct them.
10. Changes to Terms
- Adori App reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the app
constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising will be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
